166 Neal Street two story built in 1868 | May 2016 | Repainted the exterior of house using a three coat system, one coat of oil based primer, and two coats of acrylic solid stain. Clapboards were primed and stained with "Arborcoat" oil primer and "Arborcoat" acrylic stain both Benjamin-Moore products. The trim was primed with 100% acrylic primer "Freshstart" and was painted with two coats of Moore-gaurd/Regal Select 100% acrylic paint. wherever wood rot was found I replaced with new trim boards, any areas that had a potential for water intrusion was caulked.
