Rentals are pretty reasonably priced, and maintenance was relatively timely. The owner, Cathy, can be unreasonable at times though. She uses loopholes in the lease to keep your deposit at the end of the year, and tried to charge me for pre-existing damage which she refused to fix when I had moved in. The maintenance man Tony is cool though.
