B P Asset Management

My dad spent 30 years in the army....came down because qwen....who drove up in a veteran plated car.....said she could help out....in the dump she was offering.....the yard had nothing but weeds and grasshoppers. I told her I could clean the place up.....make it liveable....but obviously that wasn't good enough....I have been a stay at home mom who worked part time jobs so I could get groceries and clothes for my kids! They do NOT care about stay at home moms! They need to lose their business asap! Worst, unprofessional so called rental agency EVER! GO OUT OF BUSINESS! I WANT MY 43 DOLLARS BACK! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!

This "rental" "agency" is the worst by far! They never call you back! They define determination! I am a single mother....I have a 6 year old that I have stayed home with....while working a part time cashier job. I told them I had experience and they didnt listin...or care....I could have afforded the place and even walked to work. This was in laurel where I have two older kids....they didnt care about that either. The ladies are two faced and not helpful at all! Take advice from this momma and dont even think about applying with them! They need shut down!!!!! Horrible people all around!!! Please dont waste your money and time!!!! They get ZERO stars from me! They put a family on the streets!!!!!!

well i am renting a apartment from them and before i moved in they did not clean they did not do any repairs and the carpet still smells like cat pee and i have been here all most two years and in that time they have not fixed one thing but the heater because i told them i was going to take them to cort i lost a new bed thanks to the person hew lives below me hew has so much stuff from floor to ceiling and they will not do one thing about that it and they will not do one thing about the people that are smoking pot in there apartment it states in the lease no smoking in the apartment i have sent them complaints about the pot smoking the smell comes up to my apartment i dont like the smell of pot they will not do nothing about kevin and his unhealthy living conditions to get them to fix any thing is like dealing with a 1 year old they dont answer there phone they dont care about there renters all they care about is making that money and seeing hew they can screw over i would not rent from b.p at all
