I hope you?re doing well and getting settled in your new place.
It seems there are a few details omitted from your reveiw.
- It?s regrettable that so much time passed between ordering the adapters for your lights, and when those parts arrived at my supplier?s warehouse. And for that, I again apologize. As a result of your experience, I?ve opened accounts with additional suppliers so more options are available for faster service.
- I was raised to believe that the customer is always right, and that?s how I run my business. Despite keeping very detailed paper records AND GPS records of all my arrival and departure times, I offered to refigure the bill using your notes. You refused.
- You didn?t mention that I offered to finance your project for you at ZERO Interest when you expressed concern about cost.
- You didn?t mention that I lowered my hourly rate by $10 per hour to help keep your cost down.
- You didn?t tell people I worked after-hours to accommodate your work schedule.
- I didn?t see you mention all the screws I gave you so that you could make your new cabinet handles work in the kitchen without a trip to the hardware store.
- You didn?t talk about the trips I made across town, at no charge, for parts to complete light fixtures that you didn?t buy from me.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I?m sorry your memory of this experience is negative. I always try to go above and beyond for my customers. Please feel free to call or text if there is anything you feel I can do to make this right.
