I dealt with the owner and he was polite but kind of snobby seemed rushed but Jessica noticed this and she and I did a walk through and she told me what repairs could wait and the ones that couldnt. She gave me a great price and followed up after . Most contractors once they finish the job you hired them for they dont return afterwards just to double check and make sure we are satisfied. | 1st house in the NRV area to have the golden seal 2019 shingle color of the year. BLACK SABLE by of course Owens Corning!!! | Aug 2019 | I spent an entire year working with the homeowner who is a PhD from VT and lives in Taiwan but owns 2 houses in Blacksburg area so after a year he was finally ready to have his rental property re roofed. I'd done small repair to the roof took pictures like always and circled and edited everything that was wrong and failing on his old roof. I was so glad to be able to work with this man and get his roof replaced before it started to leak inside and he just so happened to want the Black Sable So I was BEYOND HAPPY THIS ROOF IS MY PRUDE AND JOY...LOL. I know I am not at all like other contractors I treat every client like family and the best part is being able to help clients save money on all their home and roof repairs. | $8k | Blacksburg, VA |
