Green Light Wireless

The reliability of the Green Light Wireless internet service is intermittent at best. In the month and a half that i have had the service, there have been two 24 hour outages. In addition, the connection speed varies considerably from moment to moment ranging from as low as 0.1 Mbps to 6 Mbps, with the average around 1 Mbps. The connection will regularly drop out for brief moments causing disconnects. The upload speed is even worse and rarely exceeds 0.3 Mbps. The worst aspect of Green Light Wireless is the complete lack of support. No matter what time of day you call, you will very rarely find someone answering the phones. More often than not, you will be prompted to leave a voicemail with your name, number, and email address. However, out of dozens of calls over the past month and a half I have not once had any of my voicemails returned. You also have the option of emailing their service support center, but I also have had none of my emails returned. The last time that I called and someone answered (about 2 weeks ago) I was promised that someone would be sent out to service the connection, however, the connection did not improve and I never received follow-up communication. Since they would have needed to have been let onto the property, I highly doubt that anyone was actually sent.
