John Cordell and his entire crew are the best of the bunch. I work with many buyers. I have never had one not be thrilled with the professionalism and thoroughness of an Inspection Plus inspector. John Cordell is the go-to guy when it comes to home inspection. Professional, reasonably priced, and knows his stuff. His report was detailed with recommendations, photos, and degree of severity. I used his services as part of a lawsuit with my contractor. He teaches contractors and other interested parties as to how to be a good inspector. He is worth every penny.

I have worked with many home inspectors over the years and I would have to say that Inspection Plus is the best I have seen. Much of my business is getting houses ready to sell or repairing them after inspections are made for the new buyer.
