  | Home Performance Upgrade Hillcrest | Aug 2014 | We performed a whole home performance test, with an infrared camera & blower door, to identify areas of the home that were missing insulation and solve draft problems. The attic was air sealed with spray foam and the insulation value was brought up to R-60. The crawls space was encapsulated, insulated and fan exhausted. The all metal ductwork in the crawlspace was spray foamed insulated to R-9 and air sealed.
