Jay and his team at Watertight Remodeling helped us to solve a difficult roofing issue on a home we purchased with a metal roof. We quickly realized how knowledgeable and creative Jay is and chose to hire him for portions of our interior remodel. Since that time we have moved walls built rooms and added finishes on to multiple projects! Jay is the one I trust to know, or find the solutions when i comes to my home repairs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I first contacted Jay Lefevre over a year ago for a roofing estimate. He gave me the best quote of all I was given, and even though I explained that it might be sometime before I was ready to have the roof replaced, he agreed to honor the quote (aside from material cost fluctuation), when I was ready. One year later I called him, and he stood by the original quote and began work a few days later. In my conversations with Jay, he mentioned he did all types of remodel work, including even concrete, decking and fencing. After I explained my needs, he again gave me the best quote for the other projects, and began that work along with the roofing. Watertight Remodeling did a fantastic job on the roof, adding a ridge vent at little extra cost, sidewalk replacement, and changes to a fence. Jose was the roofer, and completed the entire roof by himself in under 3 days. He did fabulous work. Jay, Pat, and Jose completed the other projects, and I could not be happier with the result. Jay was even patient with me as I changed my mind on several occasions regarding the fence. I now will be using Watertight for a new deck and French door installation I plan in the fall, and for any other work I will need in the future.
