Remove existing exterior door. Furnished and installed a new fiberglass entrance door with stainless steel hinges, hydraulic closer, Lo E insulated half glass with interior blinds and new lock-set and deadbolt keyed to existing doors. Furnished and installed custom color finish on interior and exterior to match existing. All materials were furnished. Interior frame was patched and filled where old hinges and lock-set and deadbolt were located.

Materials were included in cost. Owner's roof was badly mildewed and had moss in areas. Roof shingles were absorbing heat from sun. Original roof nails were elevated in several places. Several shingle tabs were loose. Washed roof. Nailed down pop ups. Sealed loose shingle tabs to shingle below.

All materials were included in costs. Owner needed a room for the children to play & watch TV. Removed porch and trim. Removed exterior siding. Removed soffit from porch ceiling. Removed former exterior wall & double window unit. Removed security light and foyer light. Constructed new 6" exterior walls. Installed wiring and boxes for ceiling fan, wall plugs and light switches. Insulated walls and ceiling. Hung & finished sheet rock. Because porch concrete floor was sloped to facilitate storm water run off we tapered floor joists to provide floor level with existing floor. Created opening & provided a 60 by 68 bi-fold french door where double window had been. Installed ceiling fan, switches & plugs. Installed new light in foyer. Install new security light. Installed exterior hardi board and trim to match existing. Up graded and repaired 2 bathroom exhaust fans.

All materials were included in the project costs. Owner needed storage area on the ground floor double in size and half to have humidification for storage of dive gear & clothing. Wanted lights installed on dock. Circuits dimmed when any electrical appliance was turned on. The kitchen floor sagged in front of the refrigerator Previous owner had removed structural "X" braces between wood piles. Repaired existing light circuit to dock and install 2 lights. Raised kitchen floor and added beam to keep in place. Replaced missing X braces. Relocated X brace to allow for double doors on enlarged store area. Provided accessible storage area for hurricane shutters. Constructed storage closet for dive gear including shelves, clothes rod, receptacle for wet suit dryer, de-humidification lockable door and lights. Correct wiring by previous owner and eliminated lights dimming when appliances were turned on. Constructed new storage area twice the size of original. Relocated decorative metal fence. Furnished and installed double and single doors. Installed Hardi Board cement siding. Installed lights and switches.
