Bruno Air Conditioning

Please utilize the search function and Google this company. They are not trained how to fix ACs - only to up sell. They advised us our AC was burnt out and we needed a new one. Called another company the same day and it was the capacitor. It was fixed and running. They refuse to refund me the $75 fee - however are quick to point out that IF we had used them to fix our AC it would have been waived. Considering the fact they misdiagnosed my problem I never had the chance to have them fix my unit as they only *fix* they provided a was completely new system. They refuse to refund me the $75 service fee - which I would have not paid f they had accurately diagnosed my issue. Please stay far away.

I contacted Bruno Air based on Angie's List ratings to inspect my upstairs AC unit that was not adequately cooling our upstairs. It ended up needing to be replaced. John Howe was the technician who helped us through the decision-making process on what to buy and what additional air purification/mold prevention measures were necessary. He is extremely knowledgeable about air conditioning and air quality and is super responsive and easy to work with. We ended up spending more money than we bargained for, but we feel good knowing that our children are breathing clean air and that if we have any issues, they will follow-up with us quickly. The two technicians that did the installation were courteous and cleaned up behind their work. We also realized through the process how we got short-changed by Pure Air, the company that replaced our downstairs AC unit last year. Bruno Air cleaned up the debris they left behind and fixed some parts of the system that were not installed properly.

Called up in the morning and got appt. same day, Joshua Bostwick came out and did full service to my ac in about 2-3 hrs, also told me some things that should be done which i also thought should be done, no pressure for anything and all work is guar. 100%, this company is the real deal and well run with trained tech's that know what they are doing, i am so happy that i called these people, work done 0 problems, thanks again Bruno air conditioning and Joshua.
