Replacing skirting on mobile home. Purchased skirting and bottom rail. After installing skirting I discovered I did not need bottom rail. Called Mcrews for refund policy and was told a 20 % stocking fee would be applied. They lied. I only got back 40 % of the cost of the material because thry said it was dirty. You could rub it off with your finger. What a rip. I'm sure they sold it again at original price, they will not see me again!
