We are very aware of the mission we set for ourselves when we opened and the same goes today. We felt then, as we do now, we want a customer for life. We want more than a one-time relationship. When the words fireplace, cleanings, inspections, evaluations, repairs, and new installations are mentioned, the only name that should come to mind is 5 Star. For countless years, that’s exactly what’s happened, allowing us to service multiple customers throughout the Northeast. We believe strongly in continuing education for our employees. All of our employees in the field attend regular seminars on the latest codes, regulations, techniques, and customer service

We have been very pleased with 5 Stars service and attention to detail. They installed a wood-burning insert and repaired problems with our chimney flue, all work was performed on time and as promised. I will be using them again for additional work when the weather cools down.

Highly recommend. they stand behind their work 100%. we had our chimney done a few years back, and when it started to deteriorate, they came back, re-did it, and charged us nothing. I recommend them to anyone in the area.
