Mass Garage Doors Expert was very responsive to our unscheduled request for an immediate solution to our broken garage door. Our door broke early Sunday morning of a 3 day weekend, and most places we called were not answering phones - several took 2 days to respond to our initial calls. Ronen answered immediately, and directed me to fill in the electronic request form (available on yelp and the website) so all info could be forwarded to him even while he was on the road. The office called me within 30 minutes of me submitting this form and set something up for the next day (I had requested earliest possible). They then called back and let us know that Ronen was currently in the area so I had the option of working with him immediately if that worked better for me. Their accommodation was very much appreciated! Ronen then talked me through my various options for our issue (a snapped overhead spring), and didn't try to upsell me on anything ultimately unnecessary. In fact, he advised me on the most economic choice, when I was initially ready to invest more initially. It was clear he treats his customers the way he would want to be treated. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what caused the initial issue, the steps he'd take to address it and a backup plan in case the initial efforts didn't work, and the potential range of costs that could be incurred depending on what worked and didn't. He was very upfront with the costs so there were no hidden fees, and did his best to resolve my issues without incurring unnecessary materials or fees. He was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mass Garage Doors Expert to a friend or neighbor and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if another issue arose.

Showed up next day and fixed my garage door (and installed a new opener on another door) in 0-5 degree weather. Very nice and professional. Did great work.
