Incredible service by the Renoviso team and there Made in Mass windows far exceed my quality expectations. I originally was going to replace 4 windows per the Angie's list deal, however the team offered me the per window angie's list price to get 8 on the 1st floor and a broken window on my second floor replaced. They took the time to explain the manufacturing process, come measure (very efficient 30 min appointment), and set the install date/timing. Since my house was built before 1970 there was a minor install additional cost to insure lead paint removal. I think it was $30 or $40 per window, but with a 3 and 5 year old in the house, it was an easy expense to incur. The team uses qualified expert installers who know the Renoviso windows well and have the experience to get all 9 windows done in a 1 day. Overall, the experience could not have been better. Our old, drafty, non-matching windows are out and our living and dining room look great from the inside and outside. The room feels warmer and I'll know in the next few months if they have added some efficiency savings to my heating bill. One unexpected thing: I didn't intend or really care when I started the process where my windows would be made, I just wanted them to work. However, now that I've gone through the process, I have a great deal of pride knowing the windows I bought were made here in Massachusetts and are of equal quality to any other I had looked at buying (Harvey, NewPro, Andersen).

Excellent experience when replacing 27 windows. Was getting a bit fed up with process of seeking bids for this work -- not only was scheduling bids with folks a pain in the butt, but got real tired of the various selling pitches and annoying follow-up calls, especially at beginning when we were still trying to figure out if this was the year and whether/how to deal with MassSave process. Came across Renoviso web site when trying to figure out how to measure windows for more bids, and was immediately impressed with their web site and their unique online approach. Follow up was low pressure and Brian could not have been more professional and courteous -- a major plus given our recent experiences with various possible suppliers. He was patient as we learned and worked thru the MassSave process (since they are relatively new, this was first run thru that process as well), and when it was time to do on site measurements, etc, Brian and installer were efficient and did not push the sales pitch (something we really appreciated). Brian had sample windows to show us and explained our options, and the final bid was extremely reasonable. [Prior bids had been as low as 11-12000 (which we believe was based on low quality products and perhaps part of bait and switch tactic) and as high as 24,000 (which, of course, would be lowered if we ordered immediately...)] In short, Renoviso was clearly the best option and the easiest to work with. We finally processed the MassSave paperwork and got a no interest loan for a good portion of the project (we more than qualified given the age and condition of the windows), and set installation for August 11. (By then we were ready to go with the project even if MassSave did not work out.) As the install date approached, however, we had to request a delay due to a medical emergency and Brian was more than understanding and cooperative, shifting install date a full month. The two-day installation went smoothly, and we are into our third week of use as I write this review. Big test will be the winter, of course, but so far there is noticeable reduction in noise -- especially noteworthy since we have new housing construction going on across the street. We're so impressed with the work on this project that we are already contemplating using Renoviso for other projects. Brian mentioned they are getting into the flooring replacement business as well, and we are looking forward to working with them again since that is high on our list. Again, VERY PLEASED -- straight A's from us. Update: two years in, and no issues with installed windows. Renoviso still high on our list as we consider future work!

Replaced a total of 9 old double hung windows with 4 new construction sliders (each one replacing 2 Windows) and a double hung. It was a very pleasant and smooth process from the very beginning. The customer service provided by Brian at Renoviso and their installers was exceptional! From the moment I visited their website I realized this wasn't your typical window company. They actually tell you the prices ahead of time without requiring a salesman to come and try to earn a commission. And guess what? The prices are actually accurate! Note that we had expected to pay more for our installation due to our requirement for new construction windows as the prices quoted on their site are for replacements. They came to double check the measurements and special ordered the Windows. They did take longer than expected to be ready due to being a new model of window that meets the 2016 energy efficiency rating. Once they were ready, installation was scheduled within a week and we were on our way. In a day they had finished the interior installation and the second day they finished up the exterior. Because these were new construction Windows, they had to remove the aluminum trim and siding on the exterior. This is where we reached our first problem. The job done on the interior was perfect, but when I was inspecting the exterior I noticed that the aluminum trim didn't match the other windows we didn't change. We had a difficult to match style of trim, so I'm not surprised it wasn't perfect, but I felt like it was a little sloppy in some spots. I informed Brian of my slight dissatisfaction and I was honestly shocked at his quick response. I was expecting them to just send someone by to clean up the problem areas as best they could. Instead, he insisted that the entire trim be redone again from scratch! In another day, they had completed the work and did a much better job. There were just a few very minor things left and they sent someone by to take care of those a couple of days later. Throughout the whole process Brian was amazing to work with. This is a company you can trust-- they care about the quality of their products and installation more than even you will. If every home improvement company could be this easy to work with, I'd probably do a lot fewer DIY projects...

Renoviso was great to deal with; a very professional and competent operation. All the frames were as discussed ahead of project and the installation was neat and flawless. We could not be more satisfied. Product, price and workmanship were all on point. From the start, when we generated an exact price quote directly on their site, it was a different experience than other options we checked out. We had some rather unusually sized windows to replace (tall and narrow). The guys from Renoviso worked with us to assess the task and they analyzed the steps involved and directed the entire project. Jeff was on the job, both overseeing and working hands on with his crew. The custom windows look great and fit perfectly. We shopped other dealers and made the right choice. We highly recommend that you choose Renoviso.
