Stacey Staley Rook Appliance to do a repair for one of her clients, although she never identified herself as a realtor and was very rude when asked about payment arrangements to complete the repair. She provided a # that no one answered or returned calls to. When she was told that we had to be paid to finish the repair her response was "Well I'm not paying" , she was told the repair wouldn't be made until payment was received and her response to that was "F**K YOU, I replied the same. She is quite rude and very unprofessional, or maybe that's just to the people she feels are beneath her. We have been in business for over 30 years and are very accommodating and fair to our customers. It's really sad that her lack of communication caused such disarray and because she didn't get her way she wrote a bad review. Very petty indeed. She continues to add untruthful comments to her original review on Google to deflect how she really acted...saying I was yelling in the background, and she gave information that she didn't to the office. Sadly she played our business multiple times in this incident, not showing up for the service call, we tried twice to schedule the return trip for the repair but she was not available. Truly unprofessional and not a nice person at all, and yes again let's not forget her professionalism in yelling F*%K You into the phone to me.
