To be clear (as Porch is lacking in more specific service descriptions), we only provide design and project management services. We do not build homes, but we can assist you with reviewing estimates and selecting a contractor. Our projects have ranged from detached garages & sheds to multi-million dollar custom homes. No project is too big or too small! While we have designed structures throughout the Southeastern United States, our specialty is new homes and renovations tailored to Florida's unique conditions and lifestyle. From coastal to country, and everything in between, we will help you capture your dream and bring it to life. Our building designs are practical, functional, and economical. We believe the best designs are the ones you can actually afford to build.

Riverfront Rehab | May 2016 | This home was purchased as an investment rehab property after sitting on the market for a long time. The home was badly neglected with many windows busted out, a rotted roof, termite damage, and electrical issues galore. The home was completely renovated from top to bottom, including corrections of several structural issues. Once it was completed, it sold quickly for above the listed price. | $80k | Bradenton, FL
Dalton Suite Addition | Aug 2015 | The Dalton family needed to provide housing for an aging family member. Their biggest goal was to provide a spa-like retreat that afforded both independence and easy access in case of emergency. The solution was to construct an attached handicap-accessible suite with easy access to the existing home. | $55k | Bradenton, FL
Manatee River Carport Enclosure | Jun 2015 | This project started as a charming residence located near the Manatee River, but its lack of a master suite was starting to make the owners feel cramped with their growing family. Since the lot was small and they were on a tight budget, they decided that enclosing the existing carport was their best option. By working within the existing building footprint and doing most of the work themselves (only hiring out electrical and plumbing), they were able to create an efficient master suite on a tight budget. | $12k | Bradenton, FL |
