Warning ...Scammers !!! They come and charge you 440$ and thay actually have no idea of what they doing. I had to pay almost 10k of renovation on the house I purchased based on his report. The report says the roof is in good condition and have 10 years more... And no problem with the electricity... After 2 months I start to have licking from 2 spots in the roof .. ending up replacing The roof and the electricity... Do not trust on they report!
