Home Pros Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Our air conditioning had a loud noise - I contacted American Home Shield our home warranty insurance company and they sent out Home Pros- that was 3/26. After 5 VISTS-(often they did not come when we took off work to be there and never bothered to call and say they would not be there) and making the situation worse - finally they gave up - Spent the weekend at 81 degrees in our home. The poor guy Billy received no help from his Supervisor and he had no idea what he was doing. Why didn't they send his boss to look at it. Integrity A/C was sent and fixed it inside a couple hours (even they said the previous guy screwed it up)- Yesterday 4/16 we got air. Thanks Integrity! What an awful experience.

Jeff and his staff were very professional and did an excellent job. They provided an estimate of the costs and schedule to install a new HVAC system and completed the work on time and on budget. They were very thorough in protecting the interior finishes in our home and cleaned up and deposed of the old system according to our agreement. I highly recommend this company.

Home Pros called me back VERY quickly and I am completely satisfied with their service. I found them to be very honest and knowledgeable and the technician was able to fix my A/C problem with great efficiency. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
