I bought a foreclosure that required me to take out a renovation loan requiring me to replace the air conditioner. The home renovation loan process was a pain in the neck, but Chris Powers was wonderful to work with! He communicated quickly via text message, and was very accommodating with my schedule considering it got moved around a lot (because buying a foreclosure with an FHA Renovation loan is a miserable experience). I got a reasonably priced unit that does a great job! Chris even 'scotch-taped' my old unit to get it to work for the weekend before he installed my unit, so my house would be cool while I cleaned and painted! He is smart as a whip and really does a great job

I Have been using Southern Values Cooling and Heating in my rentals for a year or so and they are one of the best, if not the best A/C company I have ever used! Very detailed, professional and affordable. I have recommended them to clients, family, friends and coworkers.
