I selected Stephen Ihrig of SDI Appraisals based on the other positive reviews that I had found; and I am extremely happy to report that I chose correctly. Steve was extremely professional, on time, courteous and - in my opinion - went well up and beyond the services that I had expected. When I needed clarification after receiving the appraisal to understand the specifics of it, he not only answered my questions but expounded upon them, so that I would feel educated and comfortable in the decisions I needed to make concerning my real estate investment.
