Nova Tech Foundation Repair LLC

DO NOT USE NOVA TECH FOUNDATION, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! My close friend - we'll call her Shelly - got screwed over by Nova Tech Foundation after she got foundation repair with an unlimited warranty from them. Shelly purchased her home in 2010 and within a year the foundation was so damaged she couldn't open her front door. She hired NTF in 2014 to repair the foundation and got an unlimited foundation warranty. WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THAT REPAIR, the front door was unusable again because of foundation issues. Instead of delivering on their warranty, NTF started by just making excusing but now no longer even responds to Shellys attempts to contact them. We are now in 2018 and not only is the front door still not usable, the house is also sinking in a few areas causing water pipes to break and other doors to be unable to close. All Shelly wants is repair but she hasn't even gotten a returned call in months. It has now cost Shelly $32,000 to fix the mistakes of Nova Tech Foundations. Working with this company has brought nothing but emotional and financial stress to this family. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM NOVA TECH FOUNDATIONS AND ITS OWNER AMBER.
