I would like to make it clear that your description of our customer service does not accurately reflect the experience of our 13,000 other Weed Control customers, nor does it fairly describe your own experience. We promptly responded to your concerns in both 2012 and 2014 by diagnosing the diseases visible in your trees and shrubs and offering to take samples to Rutgers and pay for testing. You responded by throwing us off your property. Your accusation of our spray damaging your plants does not reflect the chemistry behind the products we use. We specifically select herbicides that are leaf absorbed and not actively taken up through the root system of plants. This allows us to treat the beds on many of our customers' properties, which we have been doing for over 30 years with none of the problems you describe. Our reputation is very important to us. If you decide to pursue legal action, I am absolutely sure that we would satisfy any judge that our work did not do the damage that you claim.
