Go Go Green Insulation

By adding insulation to your home or workplace, you can keep a desired temperature all year round. Insulation helps to keep out excess heat in the summer and fights cold in the winter. A well insulated place is an energy efficient one as the need for additional cooling and heating is slimmed down drastically. Here at Go Go Green Power we use cellulose insulation. Cellulose is made up of 75-85% recycled paper fiber (mostly old newspapers) that have been treated with boric acid and borate. This treatment makes the cellulose mold, flame, and pest resistant. Having the highest recycled content of all insulation materials, cellulose is the most energy efficient. Not only is cellulose a great choice for insulation, but it is also great when it comes to noise reduction. Just like it’s ability to stop air leakage, it also has the ability to keep out sound transfer.
