Kezo Maintenance Management

Hi To All My Customers & Clients, I have a 2 hour minimum and I bill out at $75 hourly. With that being said let me introduce myself. My name is James Caeran and I recently relocated from Boston to New York City. I have worked as a subcontracter for construction and maintenance companies as well as owning my own business for the past 20 years in the New England area. I have recently moved to Bedford Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, New York. I have done many different aspects of construction over the years including tile work, installation of vanities and kitchen cabinets, faucets, toilets, tubs and shower enclosures. I have installed sheet work, flooring, built decks and window installation. I have done finishing work such as: installing molding, trim and exterior/interior doors. I have worked on many re-modeling jobs from start to finish. I own all tools necessary to do the work that I do. I am neat, tidy and friendly and work efficiently at a fast pace.
