The staff at Drakes were friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent repair job. In addition to repairing the drawer that had collapsed, they pointed out a structural weakness in the drawer below, and did some preventative reinforcement. I would definitely use Drakes again, and in fact plan on contacting them for some kitchen renovations we're planning for the future.
