I contracted with Ken Grein to build a custom home for me in Thornton. At the time I was still living in CA during the build. Being over 1,000 miles away many thing were handled via phone calls and emails with pictures. I met with him just once or twice during the build to finalize some details and have input6. Even though i was far away, I trusted him completely. I received invoices as they came up for payment and copies of all payments and monies spent. Everything was detailed down to the penny. I couldn't have picked a more trustworthy, honest person to deal with. I felt totally comfortable with him in charge and was extremely pleased with the outcome and the build of my home. If any issues arose, he handled them quickly and he stood behind his work. He made repairs and touch ups as I requested and never complained about anything. I don't think you could find a more honest, trustworthy person as a builder. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of doing any construction or remodeling work. You won't regret it.
