New Year's Day 2019, my husband and I woke up to a freezing home. Our furnace had stopped working. We knew we couldn't fix it but we were terrified of the cost to have a professional come to our home. Our terror turned to relief when Dan came to our home. Dan took the time to explain what was wrong, how to fix it and what to do if there was a next time. The cost was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay below what we were expecting to pay. Dan did not try to up-sell us and he didn't treat us like we were stupid. The entire experience was wonderful! Aspen Creek Heating & Air has our business until the end!

Dan arrived at exactly noon, the appointment time set up. He was professional and friendly, and gladly explained every step of his actions. My AC unit was back up and running in no time, and he had some helpful tips about how to keep it running efficiently. I recommend Aspen Creek to my family and friends!

I had Aspen Creek Heating and Air out to work on my air conditioning system. The technician, Mike, corrected the problem with my system, he was very knowledgeable and very courteous, and explained everything he was doing in detail. I am very happy with his work. I am also very happy with the office staff at Aspen Creek. They seem very efficient to me. All around a good experience.
