About Cooper Heating and Cooling
Founded in 1978 by Gary Cooper, Cooper Heating & Cooling is a full-service residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Metro Denver and along the Front Range. The company employs nearly 100 people and is Colorado's largest residential HVAC contractor. Always setting the trend in technology adoption, Cooper Heating & Cooling was the first company in Colorado to employ the practice of sealing duct joints with mastic to prevent air leakage. This technique is now an industry standard and has been incorporated into the building codes of many Metro-area building departments. In another industry-leading move, Cooper Heating & Cooling introduced the first HEPA air filtration systems in the Denver area over 15 years ago. We conduct extremely accurate and thorough heating and cooling load analysis on each project. Using those results, we select the precise type of equipment to meet those requirements, then design the system to meet exacting Air Conditioning Contractors of America standards. The result? Highly efficient systems, outstanding customer satisfaction, and near-zero equipment failure.
