Westminster Master Bath Remodel | Aug 2014 | For this remodel project we started from studs in the bathroom and re-ran the drain lines, installed a new shower valve, set the tub, installed a new faucet and sink, shower head and trim, as well as a new Sterling toilet with a Kohler Touchless flush kit. The price included all materials and labor. We also had to repair a flange set too low on the toilet and have it all completed within a 2 week window. | $500k | Westminster, CO
Habitat for Humanity | Nov 2013 | McAdams Plumbing was asked to help the folks over at Habitat for Humanity with a bathroom remodel service. Denver Hot Water Heater | Apr 2013 | The Denver home was running two side by side 50 gallon gas water heaters. When one of the two died it drug the second with it. MP was able to replace the 2, 50 gallons with one high performance Bradford White water heater. Denver, CO Condo | Nov 2012 | The owner of this Denver condo had sewage smells coming format heir bathrooms. After ruling out all possible sources it was recommended they pull the toilets. Once removed, MP was able to see that none of the flanges were at the proper level and needed to be raised. Sewer gas had been freely rising out of the drain pipe and into the condo because no seal between the pipe and toilet had ever been established. This service included removing the toilets, extending the flange, and resetting the toilets with new wax rings and caulk. | $300 | Denver, CO
Clogged Drain Line | Feb 2012 | McAdams Plumbing performed a high pressure water jetting service on the drain line in this Boulder home. As you can see in the pictures, residue buildup had left a hole only about the size of a silver dollar for drainage. The pipe was completely cleared after the water jetting service. | $400 | Boulder, CO
PRV and WaterCop Install, Arvada. | Jan 2012 | For this service McAdams Plumbing was hired to replace a failing Pressure Reducing Valve and install a WaterCop automatic water shut-off valve with four sensors.
