Work started off looking good in the beginning but as it progressed, it became sloppy and when it was pointed out to the owner (Jessie/Jesus De Leon), we determined he lied or made up a story. He promised a deadline to complete the job but always gave an excuse to get an extension and came up with creative stories as to why there was more money involved than the original price he gave us. At the end, the best solution for us was the court system. We won & got our money back plus court fees! Hopefully, he learned from the anxiety and trouble he put us through and will not continue to be a liar or a shady business man. I would not hire him. He charges very cheap which later reflects his work. Remember cheap can be expensive and this is definitely true when you hire Mr. De Leon. As far as the warranty, good luck with him honoring it.

I hired Jesus to complete a large sprinkler system project for my yard and plant sod. His worker was super fast in digging all the ditches and completing the sprinkler system. But here is the problem. It took him about two weeks to come back to plant my grass. He kept telling me that where he gets the grass they were very busy with orders. I knew already where he got the grass so I went over to ask them if he had gone over and they told me he had never went by and I had already paid Jesus for the grass! Then when the job was done I needed some of my sprinkler still adjusted because they were not watering my plants and they were dying. He said he would go to fix them and two weeks past and he still never came. I then contacted him via text asking him why he has not come to the house when he said he was. He never responded. I had to go to Home Depot and buy the parts I needed and fixed the sprinklers myself using YouTube as guidance. He said he gave one year warranty on his work but he is MIA when you need him. He is a fraud. He lies alot and especially lied about the one year warranty. He needs to be shut down.
