| Renovations for Sale of House | Mar 2016 | Prepared residence for sale by owner after years of use as a rental property. We painted the exterior of the house. Inside, we removed popcorn ceilings throughout the house and made repairs to the ceiling. All lighting fixtures were replaced. In the kitchen, the owner opted to keep the existing cabinets, so we refinished them, adding new, updated hardware and butcher block counters. The cabinets were moved to better accommodate a larger refrigerator. All doors were repaired and painted. Door hardware on interior and exterior doors were replaced. New flooring was installed. New commodes and vanities were installed, with plumbing repairs made at the same time. New tiling in both bathrooms.
