After carefully and detail prep work, removing existing tile floor and get ready for new tile installation, and after 1st part id ready, then jump to the next floor, refinish hardwood floor red oak with stain. sanding, full trowel putty, dry and final sand, stain and finish is applied in order to give new look and life with a modern touch on a condo, with contrast and combination, beautifull color and look for new style!

•Old and original wood Fir floor, with some paint and several damage spots, Sand, fill, stain (customer choice), finish 340.5sq ft of Fir hardwood, with Glitsa Swedish Satin 3 coats on living room, office, hallway, and hall kitchen. Note; In this kind of floor is recommend to put a 3rd coat of finish because the type hardwood absorbs a lot of finish. which besides giving a nicer and shiner look, also provides durability of about 25 years or more depending care. Also pulling molding off in order to performed the refinishing process, and put it back after is done.
