| Complete Home Renovation | Jan 2015 | This home was originally built in the late 50"s with an addition built over the garage in the 1980"s. Total living square feet of nearly 3000sf.Our Client had grown up in this home and decided it was time for an update. We took this home all the way down to the studs and built it back up including all new plumbing, electrical, flooring, countertops, bathrooms etc. As you can see from the pictures the home needed a major facelift, but what you can't see is that it needed to be completely rewired, completely plumbed using a direct hot water PEX manifold system and we increased energy efficiency by adding insulation throughout and energy efficient windows. This project was something we took great pride in doing because we love to take something old and bring it up to date and new again. As always we never compromise on our Integrity or quality of workmanship. We stayed on the job until we new the owner was completely satisfied with the makeover. The home is now on the market and is going to make a great country living home to a family with many years of worry free living knowing that though this house was built long ago it has been updated and rebuilt from top to bottom with efficiency and comfort in mind. | $85k | Fort Worth, TX | |
