Be on the look out they got new property went up on rent Heard this place is awful A/C problems got units in windows units don’t have cabinets some people haven’t had A/C for months before they took over said pools been closed for awhile now there bearing it up. Strtegic Investments Properties slum lord has problems failed concerns of good paying tenants snob folks in the office specially older gentlemen Stay way from any property with name just had a friends who left they got picture said before left they contact with abc11 team troubleshooter.

I gave a 1 star because I cannot give a 0!!! I have a LIST of things wrong in this house. Let's start with BLACK MOLD! And a faulty hot water heater rigged out of housing code....... they patch not fix and temporary at best. The handyman is rude and racist. The office workers talk about the tenants in front of other tenants. Calling for help to the emergency # is a joke. These people are horrible. If you are considering renting, DON"T!! The word slumlord coincides very well with the name Smith Rentals. This is a real review, I am a real person/tenant.

If you are considering renting anything from these people DO NOT they are unprofessional they will not fix any of your appliances they people are racist towards African Americans !! Apartments are run down dirty trash cans they wouldn’t fix my ac or refrigerator for months bathroom water hose busted while I was at work my entire room was flooding destroying my first child b ultrasound pictures and letters . Unprofessional inconsiderate and rude Kimberly is one of the most fraudulent person on there team . Joy talks to people like trash joy is the front office lady please don’t move to the pines apartments or any of Smith rental properties !! I had the worst experience and I have met people who feel the same way

I live in the oaks I called this morning at 8:55 am to fix my heat and my hot water, I have 2 small children there with me and no one has came to fix it. But the first thing I was asked when I was going to pay rent. I'm just do for this month and I have every receipt from the time i moved in. And I called this morning at 8:55am on 12/09 / 2019 and as of now at 5:30 in the afternoon I still have no heat nor hot water
