Quoted home job @ 5hrs., Handy man showed up @ 8:30 and was finished by 10:00 a.m., but still charged me $80/hr for $450.00 !!! That rate is $300 an HOUR!!!
Not great customer service. First said they would come out and do an estimate, they never did. I then called back and they switched their story to want to charge us for the estimate. Seems dishonest since this was not initially the case.
