Nathan Albrecht was very disrespectful and unreliable by regularly showing up late, on multiple occasions hours late, and majority of the time not even giving notice that he would be late. The first attempt at replacing a stairway ended with stairs differing in height by over 2 inches, causing rework and delay. Can you imagine walking down those. Not even a week post project completion, the project began falling apart. To date, 6 pieces of stair nosing have become completely detached. In my opinion I was severely overcharged for any additional work that was performed, taking into considering that the ~4 day project drug on for 31 days.

What began as eager promises has a never ending under delivered mess. Buyer beware, Nathan says he stands by his work but I too have been ghosted. One + month and still waiting for a response.
