Two floors of offices that I believe they said hasn't been renovated since the 70's. Stripped alot of vinyl wall covering off of walls, finished the existing drywall, sanded, textured and painted most walls on the interior. Installed new vinyl wall covering on the rest. All though it's 90 percent finished i am still proud i was awarded the contract. The project was concrete block that specified block filler and wall finish that required elastomeric.
