Marina Sash & Lock Inc.

I am a contractor and was referred to Marina Sash & Lock approximately 15 years ago. Great prices on moldings and pre-hung doors. They have a nice range of prices for windows and doors but best of all is the straight talk. You can talk to Jim the owner. It seems like hes been doing this since he was a baby.

Submitted a request for a dozen windows and doors. Two days later, I hadn't received a quote so I reached out. Sam Rodriguez mentioned that they won't be able to get me a quote that day and they no longer wish to do business with me. That they have "plenty of business". Marina sash and locks sole business is ordering windows and doors for their customers. Yet they are incapable of doing that in a timely manner. It shouldn't take 48 hrs+ to type in a bunch of numbers in the milgard software. I'd rather give my business to someone who can handle it and has the capacity to provide proper service.
