BUYER BEWARE!!! Shawn Crabtree, S & C Holmes is a thief and a conman! He stole $5500 from us and will not return it. About a year ago he was contracted to do a roof for my sister. He took the money and never did the roof. He has been contacted many times and has a different excuse every time and will not refund the money he took. Come to find out he has another judgement on him from a lady in Columbia for $17,000 for screwing up a deck on her house. He also has a record for stealing cows. Everyone please never pay anyone up front for any kind of work. If they need to order supplies, you go and order it yourself or go with them. I hired them to build a deck with a roof and they told me it would take 7 to 10 days. They where going on 3 weeks and it was half done. We have people over when he said deck was bolted to house and it fell apart, it rained and rain came through the roof. We been trying to contact him and he won't return our calls. He was paid in full plus extra for another job that he never started. I hired my attorney to go after him now. It's out of our hands, he will be charged tomorrow.
