INVISIBLE FENCE OF CANTON

My fiancé and I had an invisible fence installed for our dog. It cost $2,500.00 and after the installation we were told that some adjustments might need to be made on the dog’s collar. We were told that if adjustments are needed to call them and someone would come out to make the adjustments. After we started training the dog on the fence, we discovered the collar was not working properly. We contacted the company, left a message, and did Not receive a call back. A week later, we called again and left a message. Finally, we received a call back and was told a tech would be out on May 26, at 1030 A.M. The tech failed to show and failed to call. They still have not come to make the adjustments. When you try to call the company you receive a voicemail with no call back. There customer service is atrocious. Once they cash your check, you are in your own.
