Phenomenal.. experienced.. Guys with good attitude and drive.. They carefully wrapped all my China and fragile items with patience.. nothing damaged and by far the best decision made selecting this moving company. 👍

This is a follow up to my review on January 9, 2021. I received a communication from Greg the owner of Southern Cross Moving which he simply stated "take down the negative review if you want us to do anything". Once again , why would any business want to take advantage of the elderly?

Unfortunately I was terribly disappointed. Intitially Greg the owner was my contact and he said he would be on the job to supervise and be part of the move job. He never showed up and sent some hired locals.This move was for my 90 year old in laws who were moving from Florida to Ohio because they were no longer able to be independent completely. Needless to say the move was difficult but because of the lack of supervision a good many of their beautiful antiques arrived damaged. Corey who drove the truck to Ohio insisted on payment from this very upset elderly couple and said he would have someone get in touch with them for repairs. So he left them with a large amount of damaged antiques and refusing to make any monetary adjustment for the damage. Just a we will get back to you. A very unprofessional way to do business in addition to taking advantage of the elderly. It appears the mode of operation is quick and cheap with very little care. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Stay away from this company! They packed our antique marble top in a flimsy box which arrived broken. Called them and no return calls. After four days finally I got ahold of the owner Greg and he told me he would file a claim with the mail carrier which he did not. He only filed a claim when I told him I was going to post reviews and contact the BBB. Not even an apology of the carelessness of the company packing. I also verified he did not file a claim with the mailing service until just a few days ago. This is going on two months after I told him of the broken top. He's fast to gets your money but do not expect anything else from this company.
