I only gave them one start because I cannot do zero. Dave Maudlin inspected our home on behalf of buyers, and wrongly reported major structural issues. He claimed a room addition was not structural sound, which was refuted by a structural engineer. He also made the buyers panic over our dryer vent tube in our attack being a fire hazard because he ¨"believed" it might be plastic, even though two separate contractors were not able to locate such vent tube in the attic and Dave himself reported not having been able to visually inspect said tube. The buyers are now demanding several thousand dollars credit to replace a dryer vent that no one has even seen. He has already cost us several hundred dollars in fees for the structural engineer, and has made our home selling process a complete nightmare. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this company.
