People tell me I'm particular, and I guess I am. Juan has cleaned our house for a year and a half, and I am very pleased with his work and with the work of the employees he brings with him, whom he supervises very closely. He has never failed to clean for me on the agreed-upon day, and he is very flexible if my calendar changes. I gave him a written list of the tasks I want completed, and I do not have to check behind him to make sure these things get done. If I ever do notice something missed and mention it to Juan, he has a wonderfully professional attitude about making sure I am pleased. I recommend Juan without hesitation.
