Aarc appliance repair

Mike spent maybe two minutes in my home and "diagnosed" the dishwasher literally without touching it. When I told him I had a video recording of the leak he reviewed it and said "Oh, that is something different". He was about to order the wrong part and had no idea. After Mike missed three appointments I gave up. He would not answer the phone. They may lull you in by promising to be there same day, but do not fall for it. You will have to wrangle with them for weeks and still have an issue in the end. You may be tempted to try them, but do not do it.

Had an issue with Ice machine. Mike came out and said he had to order parts. Months later I finally got someone back out to install it. Problem still exists. Mike came out and said he had to order a part and never heard back from them again. No one answers phone. have left over 10 messages. They also use another phone number of 682-785-2420 Tamieka. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Had an issue with an expensive Samsung refrigerator (NOT recommended, do your homework... I failed to). The ice maker is faulty in the majority of these things. Called AARC to come out and repair. They ran a messy bead of caulking around the inside of the thing and said that would take care of it. Two weeks later the thing froze up again. They will not return phone calls. Took my money and split the scene. Lousy company. Call someone else.

Mike with AARC came out on my subzero fridge and was great. Got it fixed on the first trip
