The history of our company began with my burning desire to be an entrepreneur. I spent 20 years of my life perfecting and developing customer service organizations for large corporations. To say I understand customer service is an understatement. I've worked with some of the most brilliant people in corporate America and achieved the highest customer service scores the industry had yet to see. The next challenge was to become an entrepreneur to operate a company where I had total freedom to create the best company in an industry that struggled with quality and integrity. As I looked around for a new business opportunity I noticed the lack of professionalism and accountability in the roofing industry. It seems every week I hear a news story about a roofing company taking advantage or misrepresenting facts to homeowners. This was a no brainer business decision to me, all we had to do was hire and train quality people to represent our company, professionally and install the best products and do exactly what we commit to.
