One of the WORST businesses. Nobody should give them business of window cleaning ever 1. The charges kept creeping up 2. The initial appointment was not kept up because of some internal communication error 3. The cleaners took off all the solar & non-solar screens and never put it back correctly. I had to call the solar screen company and pay extra money for fixing all the screens around. 4. We called them several times and nobody answered the call or nobody returned the call. So bad that I will never ever call these people. Do not call them and be fooled

Upon recommendation from friend, we hired All American Services to do our windows at our house. They came on may 1, and did a pretty decent job. But there was a problem. In order to clean the glass screen door, they propped it open. unfortunately , they forced it open too much. This resulted in jamming the top door closer. I called the manufacturer, and was told that I would need a new closer. They gave me the model number, and I found a replacement part at Home Depot. It cost me $14.59. I then called All American and explained They problem. I told them that they need to reimburse me for the part I bought. After numerous texts and calls they have yet to respond. I am very disappointed that this recommended company would not do the right thing and reimburse me for the problem they caused. Since they are acting so unprofessionally, I would recommend to not hire them.
