We are licensed NC State Building Contractor and fully insured. We are experienced in all phases of residential construction and remodeling. Decks, porches, additions with or without bathrooms or kitchens. We do small jobs as well, windows , doors, termite damage, and water damage. We do the project right. Some time when we are doing a remodeling project I have to correct the previous contractors work.   | Bradford Addition | Oct 2013 | We built a 20 by 12 addition, with a 10 by 16 screened in porch and a 48 foot handicap ramp. We installed a 20 foot beam by 20 inches high to hold up the new roofing system. which spanned 26 feet. It rained a lot in 2013 and I had to devise guttering systems to keep the rain out of the house. The job was in Chapel Hill NC. It came out real nice.
