Canopy

Above and beyond. This is the only phrase that even comes close to describing the experience I've had with the entire Canopy team. For the last 6 months we've subscribed to Canopy's PremiereLawn care service. This package is advertised to include regular mowing, edging, turf care, fertilization, annual aeration/seeding, shrub care and pest management. Honestly, I was apprehensive, because the lawncare companies we've hired in the past have always been pretty disappointing... but Canopy has been amazing. First, there's Ms. Emily who I've never even spoken to in person, but I feel like I know her. Anytime I need something, I just send Emily a text and she immediately takes care of it for me. Then, there's Pete, Justin, Luke and Chris who have been maintaining our lawn. I know their names, because they send me a written report with photos each time they are at the house. I've never once had to hound them to come out and mow, and they have stayed perfectly on top of the maintenance program we signed up for. (In fact, I got an email one day explaining how the mower had cracked our clean out drain cap, and they had it fixed within a week. Are you kidding me?! Anyone else wouldn't even have mentioned it. So impressive.) And finally, there's Jason and his world-class landscaping team. After having such a great experience with the lawncare, we deciding to make a significant investment by having Canopy revamp all of our landscaping. Not only did Jason come out to our house multiple times to meet with us, he created custom mockups of what the landscaping could look like. We requested many changes, and never once did we feel like we were frustrating him. He is SO knowledgable and passionate about his role, and I can tell he's a great leader. Jason has built an amazing landscaping team, as well. They are all so talented, and they did a tremendous job on our property. His team did so many little things to go above and beyond. When they reached the point where any other landscaping company would have left, I swear they were only half done. The results are gorgeous and thoughtful, and I love how pricing was made clear from the beginning. To close, my wife and I have worked extremely hard to own our home. The entire team at Canopy helps us properly care for something we feel very fortunate to have, and we are so thankful to have found them.

The customer service and the professional experience in knowing what needs to be done are the best. On the way home yesterday, the familiar truck and blue trailer passed me and I admit I get excited to see what had been done. It is always great to see what the guys accomplish and how well everything looks. The peace of mind in knowing you are in professional hands so you can focus on other home projects, or just truly enjoying an after-work cocktail in the backyard without stressing over what yard maintenance you have to squeeze in over the weekend, has been great.

We use Canopy's full service package and have been very happy with it. They prune our shrubs and ornamental trees, keep our beds clean and are taking care of the weeds. I love pulling up to our house at the end of the day and seeing the yard looking so good!

I love how easy it is to take care of my yard now. Before Canopy, I dreaded the calls and getting quotes and having to deal with scheduling and following up if I could even get anyone on the phone. Canopy is awesome because I can pay online, their customer service is the best, and if anything ever comes up, I can just shoot them a quick text and get answers right away! To pull in my driveway and see my yard looking great without the headache makes one thing in my life so much easier.
