I had a new tub and toilet replaced today and was thrilled with the reasonable cost and the expert care!!! All done in one day and half the cost of other estimates!!!

They cancelled at the very hour they were supposed to be here claiming "due to absences", they had no one to do the plumbing and electrical work I had scheduled them for. They offered to come next week. I only live in this house part time, so every appointment I make needs to be honored. Rescheduling for "next week" requires me to make an additional 14 hour round trip (and $$$)!
